At best, this app could be described as comically bad. At worst, in the 2 minutes I had it on my phone, I've never been more convinced that I may have installed malware. Three issues I saw in those 2 mins: couldn't select and save my correct birthday in settings, couldn't enter my phone number, boarding passes don't display. Avoid this app like the plague. Calling it useless would be a gross understatement.

This company uses underhanded bait-and-switch tactics. I tried to book the same flightstwice through Google and once through the app. All 3 times it showed a lower price throughout the booking process and suddenly raised the price after I put in my credit info. A button pops up that says the price has increased unless you accept or decline it. Customer service said this is due to airline prices changing all the time. If that's true they should just show the increased price from the start!

Just terrible design. Easy enough to find your flight info, but near impossible to find the only two buttons you need; check in, and get boarding pass on your phone. I spent so long looking for check in and hit every button, thinking I must have already done it, but no. When I get to the desk, they say I don't have a seat! I had to wait for them to "find" a seat that I already paid for! The website was no help with the checking in either. I almost missed my flight home!
