It was great until all of a sudden it decided to make my location New Zealand instead of Canada. My account still says I'm in canada, and no matter what I do, logging out and in, uninstalling and reinstalling, rewriting out my account preferences, I've apparently been forced to live in New Zealand. I'm very frustrated.
Etsy policy is that once a seller provides a tracking number it is then the buyer's problem to locate a package. Ordered an item from overseas over a month ago and once it left that country, it cannot be located. Per Etsy the seller is not responsible. I filed a claim with PayPal.
I love that these are handmade items. The only thing I don't like about the app is that I can't set the shop location to United States only as a default. Every time I do a search I have to change it. A little annoying.
The app wouldn't even let me register an account through Facebook or by setting it up through the app. Would be much better if you could register and track things.
For some reason the app has decided to stop working, it keeps saying I'm offline when I'm not.... very frustrating!
