App assigned two seats to me and none for my wife. No way to correct tickets. Even though I was sent a booking number - I cannot make corrections. App says don't worry, just show up? With Customs, Immigrations, Security, etc - Just show up with tickets in the wrong name - in a country not your own? What could possibly go wrong with that?

The Eurostar app continues to be awful. Booked tickets for a trip 7 weeks hence but app fell over at payment stage. So had another try, and hey presto, the prices have increased. Down graded one leg from Premier to Classique to keep cost reasonable and went into checkout screen. Again it fell over at the same stage (after bank security code input). Had a third try on desktop PC - and it worked - but at higher prices than original app quote 45 mins earlier. Roll on competition on this line.

Don't update your details unless you are using you ticket soon. When you update the app you loose your data. Also, if ever there is a problem, it is near impossible to speak to a person. The number listed on the website gives you a whole lot of options only to tell you there are not enough operators to answer the call and to call back at another time. However, whenever you call back it is the same.
