You can log in, but it doesn't find your bookings automatically...
Prefer the website for booking I have yet to use this app because I cannot book the start locations and destinations I require. Unless there is an significant update of functionality too, I will remove it soon!
Pointless Downloaded app only so I could download tickets to my phone and avoid the hassle of paper tickets. Could see my booking ok, but couldn't view/download tickets. New app version is just as useless as previous one. You can only use mobile tickets if you're going to Paris by yourself... Given the number of couples and families onboard Eurostar trains, the vast majority of passengers can't benefit from this rather banal/expected feature... Uninstalled.
Barely functional Mobile tickets are great... On the 1 time in 1000 that they are actually available. The app also misses the concept of logging in, so you have to search for your tickets to add them rather than then just appearing as you'd expect. Lots of work required to get this app close to useful
Not Very Useful What is the purpose of this app? Why isn't the app linked to our Eurostar account? The app should just pull the information from our online Eurostar account. I.e. We have to enter the information manually to check our reservations or to book tickets etc. At a minimum, we should be able to log-in into the app to view our bookings, make reservations, and check/use our frequent traveller points without having to reenter our information. Worthless in its current form.
Used to be good This used to be an excellent one stop stop for all things Eurostar allowing you to rebook business class tickets without leaving the app and sign in to your frequent traveler account to track bookings automatically. Now it just seems to be a sad web app with limited functionality
We’ve been listening to your feedback and this update sees the first of many improvements that we’ll be making in the coming months. New additions include:
• You can now log into your Eurostar account
• You can also use your preferred travellers, saved payment cards and contact details to book faster
• Access to your loyalty programme details
• We’ve also fixed several bugs to improve the app’s performance and look and feel.
