Almost awesome Maybe it's just the free version but I love everything about this except the crashing. Not really helpful with my anxiety to fear that my cats was lost when saving it crashes my phone lol.

It is no different from a cardic patient having chest pain. Being a teacher and college professor in biology. I lost 14 students 12 in high school one of which as so close and he shot while on phone. Out of those students one was my sister. Please i know some have chronic pain especially veterans . They need their meds and a friend . Anxiety will kill u.

I use this everyday **NOTE TO DEVELOPERS: PLEASE 1.Make a link to defenitions of 11 cog. dis. available for quick reference while filling out cards. 2.make it so when the back button is hit your previously filled out cards aren't erased. 3. Not make goals more than 11 cards in a day bc after that it becomes a tiresome repeat. 4. Provide more distortions & examples 5. Add more game like ways to level up (i.e. provide a T or F game, matching etc...) Will give more stars when fixed

Simple with a minimum positive impact. Simply brilliant. This is no replacement for your medications or therapists but after 3 months in the exceptional Georgetown University Psychiatric Partial Hospitalization program working up to 4 hours and 5 days a week of largely CBT based treatment, I can say that personally this app has a relatively small impact on my condition, but that contribution is positive, progressive and beneficial to my wellbeing. This is a brilliant contribution to the pool of resources available to enable one to overcome their demons.

Works great. VERY HELPFUL For many people CBT has been proven more effective than Rx alone. This app lets me practice CBT in a format enjoyable to me, my mobile device. The interactivity is engaging. Bottm line, I am able to stick with this better than my workbook, the acclaimed Mind Over Mood. NOTE: Program is flawless on my Nexus 4 KitKat 4.4.4. Thank you developers!

Well that was disappointing It went along great for a few steps And then after guiding me through a couple of assessments, the app completely dropped offering any kind of guidance. I finally figured out that what appeared next was a "card," but the app gave absolutely no indication as to what to do with it or it's purpose.

Good start Seems like a good tool to add to others - feels like a directed and instructive journaling app or workbook. Could use password protection to get into it. Pretty sensitive info I put in there.

Can't do anything withit! All the initial menu options lead to blank pages, including the tutorial, which has to be completed before changing any settings. It won't even take me to a page to give money for the upgrade! All blank! Fix soon, or I'ma haveto delete
