Ok, a fair amount of the time, it gives a 'network error, try again later', and I have to call customer service. Tonight, I was on the phone for 10 minutes with no help. I would prefer EVCS use a key ring fab, like I have at the gym, and the older charging company that I used to subscribe to. There are bugs in this, and too much of the time it doesn't work. The key fab activated the charging station I used to use, and didn't have 'network errors'. I use this app, only because that is what EVCS wants me to use.

App actually works pretty well, but unfortunately a bug seems to end your charging session early if you decide to open a different app on your phone while charging. Twice now the app has decided to just end my charging session without any input from me, no confirmation, no warning, just tells me the session ended, even though in both instances the car wasn't anywhere near fully charged...

Station and app requires many more steps to initiate a charging session than other networks. Process on Charge Point, Sema, and Blink can be as simple as 1. Plug in 2. Tap RFID card. Even Electrify America, process in only three or four steps. With this app it takes several steps to get to the QR code scanner, then a few more, including a start button on the station, before a session can start. Really not good when it's raining or bitterly cold or excruciating hot.
