I agree with the reviewer who said that the app keeps forgetting your login details. I've had the app for 48 hrs now and I've had to re-enter my details twice (so far). I also find it confusing that the app keeps directing you to the website when you click on links - particularly when looking at investments. I'm now reconsidering my ISA transfer! Not impressed!

Pretty decent all round. App nicely presented and works. It often sends you to a Web page when you want to see or do something, but that's fairly seamless. Although you might as well create a shortcut to the website instead of installing app. There is a refer a friend scheme offering £100 each, but the referral form does not appear on some browsers. In which event try turning off ad blockers, vpn, or using a different browser / use a PC.

Been using Bestinvest for over a decade and am very happy with the new app experience. Monitoring and topping up etc is intuitive and easy to do and there's a bunch of other functionality if you want to research or drill deeper into things. Yet to take up the offer of a free coaching call but very much intend to use this service in the near future.
