Ratings and reviews

Bit weird that there are quite a few men on there who state they don't have kids and don't want kids - why are they on there then? Why are they even allowed on?! Also super annoying endless unwanted notifications. I switched off "new likes" in the app and still keep getting those notifications, so I turned off all notifications in the app and they still came through! Had to do it through my own phone settings.

App constantly goes down so you can't continue your conversations, reported via email with photo to be told need to log into app and report it despite the fact you can't get on the app because it's down...🙃🫠 Response to Jack.. yes already done and still same issue and already contacted customer care who said the above..

Nightmare, app loads maybe once a week if I'm luckily. I've deleted and installed too many times and still won't load! I emailed on the 12th feb and still no response
