Eventboost App is a mobile event check-in tool that expands Eventboost online platform capabilities to on-site services. Fully integrated to the event management web service, it's extremely responsive to organizers' needs to ensure the most accurate and customized guest check-in to all kind of business, private and leisure events.
Eventboost App empowers organizers in performing all check-in duties thanks to its express guest ID features name searching, QRcode and barcode scanning for confirmed email, badged or ticketed events. A reliable way to manage guest reception, and grant access without keeping attendees waiting in long queues. Depending on the nature of the event, Eventboost App can be configured on a case-by-case basis to provide access permission, guest special services and attendance monitoring.
Eventboost App is designed to facilitate check-in, and make it more efficient. Event data are synced from the Eventboost platform in real-time; hence the event guest list with pre-registered attendees is instantly available, and always updated with new entries from public page, personal invitation and by operator. Organizers can customize the App check-in form by configuring the options in the App Setup tab of the Eventboost platform. The App can be set to enable event staff to collect additional information from registered guests at welcome, and add new last minute guests or accompanying people.
Eventboost App handles guest data with real-time cloud sync between devices. Eventboost App also works in offline mode, when the wireless signal is weak or absent at the venue. The App easily manages the relevant event images you have uploaded onto the Eventboost platform: location maps, seats and table chart for quick guest assignement.
