Ratings and reviews

Suggestions: Enable map view on the app, and refine filters. Give option to choose distance from postcode. Right now, the search results are just too many, with no option to refine by distance. I have to go through 35 pages of search results. I can't do it of course because it's time consuming. I will have no choice but to uninstall.

Missed out on tickets due to glitchy app. Went on the app the second tickets to an event I wanted to attend became available and it wouldn't load and kept giving me an error message. When I tried to go to the website on Chrome, it kept opening the app and error message as a default. I finally got onto the website and it was working fine so the issue was the app. In those few minutes it took to give up on the app and go to the website, the event sold out. I'm deleting the app this moment. Trash.

I booked The Boyne Valley viking experience and paid for tickets but they couldn't be found. Had to rebuy them and get a refund which took a good while to come and was slightly short of what I paid for some unknown reason. Other problems too previously where booking didn't go through right and the organiser was unable to confirm whether it went through or not, again had to rebuy
