Ratings and reviews

The website and application seem to be designed in such a way that you have to jump back and forward between both in order to set up an event. This seems mostly accidental (buttons that do nothing or pages that don't load) but there is even one button on the app that explicitly tells you that "The app doesn't currently support payment options. You can set or edit this information on the Eventbrite website". I would FAR rather one of the platforms worked fully. I'd Sam more but character limit.

Eventbrite has HORRIFIC customer service on a subpar platform. There has been a "bug" on my event series from trying to upload a single video - a VERY simple functionality that every other event hosting site offers. It has been 7 WEEKS and Eventbrite "support" (available ONLY via chat and email, no phone number) has been useless. Every person I speak to simply tells me that "engineering is working on it" and "they'll submit an escalation". Incompetent. Unacceptable. Terrible Company.

For the most part I like this app. It has most of the features I need. Except, the app often disconnects from the server. This usually means I loose the edits made. Because the only way to reconnect is to close the app without saving and open again. This is quite frustrating. Another flaw is there's no way to add "donations" as a ticket option. Apart from those two things, the app is great.
