Just based on this one convention I'm attending (and few random events to test app with) none of the links work. Can't zoom in on map, map buttons for scheduled panels don't work. Shop buttons don't work. It's like the buttons are for show. Tapping the hearts don't do anything so I can't effectively make a to-do list day by day. A paper program is more effective at this point. Why the convention staff switched to this app is beyond me.

The app tries to do a lot of things, but fails kind of hard on basic UI design. It doesn't respect dark mode, button navigation mode, support common gestures or even think to check the screen size. For example, when I pull up tickets, the ticket navigation arrows fall under the system navigation bar and without support for swiping there is no way to get to additional tickets. The app feels slapdash and falls back on the website more than it should. Great job on your usability testing, people.

I can't look up my event, everything, regardless of how specific or not, I get a white screen. Most the options on the profile area are unclickable, except the add your payment option. I don't know why the event im going to is using this website when the previous one was good. if you cant even access the event why even bother using this app.
