This app is buggy. Force quit is sometimes required to clear the cart as just removing the item, closing/reopening the app doesn't work consistently. The tip field disappears after adding a payment method but before checkout. It becomes an invisible auto-tip that shows on the receipt after the order has been placed. There's no way to immediately cancel. A good feature is that the store phone number is included in the location information.

Couldn't order a signature salad. Everytime I added it to my order and pressed review order it gave me an error message that the item I ordered was not available. Finally talked with a clerk who was very helpful and offered to let me verbalize my order if I got a menu item of the same price from the app. But everytime I tried to add my payment option nothing happened after I filled out the entries and hit confirm bill instantly. So buggy it was impossible to use!

App is buggy. Keeps showing that there is an iOS update, but I am on android. It also shows a banner for my old order and mentions that it's upcoming when the order was placed and picked up in the past. It also throws a 404 when I try to order anything. Update :The app is working now, but all my points are gone. I was asked to create an account.When I created one with the same email Id as my existing account, my order history and points were gone!!
