qr scanner tries to scan way too fast so you need to get really close before pointing the camera. keep getting some kind of error about crypto something when trying to start a wash. waste of money and huge waste of my time. don't bother calling support, it said 5 minutes wait and I waited almost 15 minutes before being connected with someone just for it to be so broken up and laggy that it was impossible to understand what the person was saying. very frustrating, huge waste of time.

There are 4 automated booths. I can't say that they're all working perfectly at all times. But I know the second stall usually works, so now I stick with that one. I have had trouble over the last year, especially with the dryers. A couple of times, with the wash not going through the complete cycle like it was supposed to do. I do use the wash a lot. So overall, I have had good luck.

When "there" server is down (quite often) your barcode scanning feature in the app will not work... which means you cannot get your carwashed. The support team gives you 3 days for free which doesn't help anyone. I run a car rental business and have this membership as a backup when the other carwashes are closed. If I relied on this membership id go out of business faster than you could blink. The "support team" should give you an option to pay for the car wash and than reimburse you.
