Oh my word... It finally works Mediocre at best, but finally works. Just not acceptable that I've not been able to access from the app for over 3 years! Please orange... Don't break it with another "update"
Slow.. Orange and ee are a joke Don't login forgotten password after typed it more than half a dozen times takes forever to load my 10 year old laptop loads faster.if you phone 150 and your on ee they have problems tracking your account and passwords god hell you don't have to pay for the 150 number nearly a hour to sort a phone bill out so the app is rubbish and customer service is something to be desired can't wait for my contact to end.o word of warning if you exceed your limit don't expect any help from Orange or ee.
Disappointed with Orange I hate how this app only updates about once a day and that I have to wait until the next day to see my usage. Orange is a better network that Vodafone but at least their app updates instantly...
Won't work with upgrade Don't know whether it's the phone or the account but won't let me log in. Have installed my EE and now have an extra picture on my phone as that app has no way of logging in
Seems to be functioning as should, so far so good! In the past was typing in all the correct details but keep getting the error message telling me it's wrong. I think I know my own phone number & password! Utterly frustrating, for Gods' sake fix it.
Useful but flawed Useful enough if you only have one number on your Orange or EE account. Really doesn't cope at all well if you have multiple numbers on the account. Always shows the wrong number as the default, irrespective of how many times you tell it which one is the default. To check more than one number you have to log out & back in. A bit of an annoyance.
