This is the most poorly designed app ive ever attempted to use. The physical box doesn't allow any direct interaction beyond forcing you to use this app. When I finally did get it and tried to proceed as a guest, it did nothing except show a map of where I already was. No option for me to pay, no dialog screens, nothing. The support line attempted to help, but they can't. I'll stick with the other players that have their ish together. This app is an instant delete. 1 more reason to hate fpl. Yay

Trying to use the app was a nightmare and made my trip extremely stressful. I was completely unable to use the chargers because the app crashed every time I tried to add a payment method. My passenger installed the app on their iPhone and had the same issues. We tried at least 5 different payment methods but it errored out or crashed every time. I would NOT travel on the turnpike with an electric vehicle knowing I have to rely on this poorly made app.

We apologize for the poor experience with our app. It appears that you were using the app during a global outage from our payment processor which caused customers to be unable to add payment methods. This issue has been resolved on September 9 and should be working now. If you run into any further issues, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
There is no way to delete the primary credit card. Added 2nd card, that I can delete. 1st card no delete option. Sent 2 emails to App support and FPL, no responses. Really? Why such bad customer support? Help
