I can understand that there is need for measures during this period of time but what's the point if it is so hard for us to book? We only can book right before 46 hours and since so many are waiting for the clsss booking to open, the server always overload and crashes. By the time I refresh (which takes 1 min), it's all fully booked. I might as well just cancel the membership if I can't even book. There's serious need for better planning or improve the app to prevent it from crashing.

The app is hopeless. I doubt FF used circuit breaker to rethink its app. 1. When I am booking my time slots, the page keeps saying "unexpected error occurred". After getting close to a WiFi signal, restarting the app, logging in and out, still the same damn problem. 2. Even when slots show up, I scroll down, same "unexpected error" shows up. 3. After booking the slot, I went to double check. The booking was not made. The main app feature is to book time slots, and you clearly failed.

It is possible that this is worse than the previous app! That would be an incredible achievement since the previous was one of the worse apps ever made. This app worked ONCE and now instead of showing the gym slots available it just tells me an unexpected error has occurred. And FYI, I couldn't care less about "achievements", I care about an app that actually works to allow me to utilise the membership fees I pay
