difficult to navigate, some things are not even available on the app, website only, also slightly annoying how the app constantly takes you all the way back to the front page when you exit something so you have to go back through the menu, for example when looking at your different accounts

It does what you need it to, but it can be somewhat hard to navigate at times if you have to do anything other than the absolute basics. It still has bugs where you have to either restart the app up to multiple times or wait for up to over an hour, although they are rare but still annoying. It is also quite basic compared to other more modern banking apps in terms of looks, customization, and QOL features. Not great, not terrible, works most of the time.

I would give 5 stars, but the app has no English version so it's alot of time waste wile navigating, or getting bank messages. (The text cannot be copied, so there's no auto translate possible, must do it manually)
