Useless. You want to report the meter reading to the company. It asks you for a few items to identify. So far it looks OK. When you switch to another app to grab the 2nd piece of information, it resets all fields to blank. Really "smart". Uninstalling Update: Still Useless - app sends you to their website which is dysfunctional for the most part

Could be made worse of course, but from the ugly design of the app to all of the errors... this app is bad. Contains terrible UI for this year, has no such thing as memory or any use of location to autofill necessary details. Also when I have power outage and go check why I have a power outage I don't do that to confirm I have power outage but to know when the power will be back. I expected sucha. big company to put some more effort into its app.

Companies' apps are created to simplify the use of their services. But this app is an exception. All I want from your app is comfortable paying for the bills. But when I choose an appropriate option in the menu for payments, and when I fill all the data in appropriate bars (and only after that), your app tells me that I should go to your site. And the link you provide even doesn't active. So, why didn't you tell me that in advance that this menu item is useless? It is literally stealing my time.
