Companies' apps are created to simplify the use of their services. But this app is an exception. All I want from your app is comfortable paying for the bills. But when I choose an appropriate option in the menu for payments, and when I fill all the data in appropriate bars (and only after that), your app tells me that I should go to your site. And the link you provide even doesn't active. So, why didn't you tell me that in advance that this menu item is useless? It is literally stealing my time.

Could be made worse of course, but from the ugly design of the app to all of the errors... this app is bad. Contains terrible UI for this year, has no such thing as memory or any use of location to autofill necessary details. Also when I have power outage and go check why I have a power outage I don't do that to confirm I have power outage but to know when the power will be back. I expected sucha. big company to put some more effort into its app.

At first I was happy with the app. Lately, the app is slow to respond and you can't receive the last notifications. You have to enter and exit the app a few times until it displays the latest data.... Please fixed the issue.... For now only two stars...
