The Exact My[Firm] app gives you all the tools you need to run your business efficiently. You can communicate and exchange documents with your accountant in real-time in a chat window, so your financial data is always up-to-date. You can also process all your financial transactions in the app (invoicing, VAT returns, payments, etc.), so you never miss a payment or a deadline.  
  
  With the My[Firm] app, you can:   
· Take a picture of an invoice or a receipt in the app, and your accountant can process it instantly.  
· Get up-to-date financial insights on an intuitive dashboard to make informed business decision.  
· Chat in real-time with your accountant to ask questions or send documents.  
· Approve purchase invoices and VAT returns that your accountant has prepared.  
· Get automated reminders of the activities you need to do.  
· Create and send invoices on the go (optional). 
  
You may know My[Firm] by a different name. Accountants can replace the [Firm] of My[Firm] with their company name and add their own logo to personalise this app.   
  
Requirements: You need login credentials provided by your accountant to access this app.   

Ratings and reviews

This app is driving me crazy, I used the general exact online one before being forced to use this one. The normal exact online doesn't crash when you upload a receit, this one (MyFirm) just closes when I upload a picture of my receit and hit next. I will keep complaining to my book keeper about this and ask him to change software because this issue has been going on for months without a fix. Horrible app, avoid at all costs.

Exact forces me to use this app instead of the old app. The upload functionality frequently gives "object reference not set to an instance of object" or "Too many requests" errors. The app frequently logs me out with a "Too many requests error" too. I was happy with Exact in the past, but this app is, excuse me, garbage.

Crashes at starts. With no error messages. Old exact forwarded me to this app without any knowledge.
