This app is part of the Exact Service Management solution.
With the Exact Field Service Q app, service engineers have all work order information, customer service history, documents, service parts info, manuals etc. available in the field. They do not need to have an internet connection when registering their work. All they need to do is upload their work to Exact Synergy Enterprise when they have that internet connection.
