About this app

MyECP provides ExactCare Pharmacy patients access to medication and account information, including self-service features to help remember to take your medications on time, manage your account and contact your pharmacy team.

Features:
- Set up reminders to take your medications via text message, email or mobile notifications
- Record when you have taken your medications using our convenient tracking feature
- See a list of your current medications, including pictures of each
- Easily identify when medications need a new prescription to be refilled
- Use the Calendar feature to see when your current ExactPack ends and the next one begins
- Track your orders to see when you can expect your medications to be delivered
- Pay outstanding balances online
- Message your “Care Team” directly within the application
- Message ExactCare Pharmacy with questions about your medications, orders and account

Serious bugs in this app! First, when you try to load your picture in, it doesn't load. Second, BE CAREFUL WHEN PAYING THROUGH THE APP!! When asked, it will tell you your outstanding balance. When you load in your credit card and pay your outstanding balance, it will tell you that you still owe the outstanding balance. So you pay it again, and again the app says you still owe the outstanding balance..but you don't. Seems the app doesn't update for 24 hours, so I just paid twice!

The app doesn't show when a package has been shipped or a way to track it and when delivered there's only a switch to turn email & text notifications on & off . There's no type of technical support to give my opinion about this if I go to FAQs & support it only shows the number to talk to the person who is a type of dispatch and put things in their system and transfer to the pharmacy. So the app is almost totally useless.

This app doesn't let me go to the dashboard. And its not just on my phone but also tried it on my daughters (which is a different model) and she has the same issue as well. It just shows the my Exact pack was delivered. I click on the button "continue to MyECP" but all it does is refresh to the same screen. How am I to manage any of my information or medications.
