ExactPlus is a cloud based payroll tracking and job scheduling software.
The ExactPlus App has a built in timesheet, that accurately tracks time worked by GPS location. The employee can change job codes throughout the day, at the office, in the truck, at the job site and back at the office for example. These accurate hours are tracked and aggregated in a report that can be provided to the insurance carrier. The insurance carrier can factor Worker’s Compensation and General Liability insurance based off of the actual hours worked in each job code, accurately tracked to the second by job location.
For example, an employee who works on power lines codes differently for Work Comp insurance than an employee at the office. We track all hours/minutes/seconds worked in that job code via the App and the employer can now submit accurate timesheets and Work Comp codes to their insurance carrier, averaging a savings of 15% and higher on their respective GL and Work Comp insurances for each employee.
The ExactPlus App has a built in job scheduler, which allows the company to send customer stops to each employee’s App. If a Plumber for example, has 6 stops today at different residences, those can all be shared via the ExactPlus App. If a job should cancel, this can easily be removed from the work day. If there’s a water emergency at a customer’s residence, the employer can send that job to the closest plumber based on GPS. The plumber then accepts that new job and can send the customer a text or email message alerting them as to when they expect to arrive.
Within the App is the ability to take before/after photos for insurance related work. You can manage the job with notes about the customer, residence and the job. The ExactPlus App includes the ability to ask over a dozen questions of the customer at the residence, when the job is in process. All sorts of questions, that allows the employee in the field to build a marketing database for the employer on what needs done next, what other services or products can be offered and when.

ExactPlus data integrates with your accounting software of choice, as all reports for payroll and reporting are in a .CSV format. Easily import (CSV) your rosters into the ExactPlus software and easily export reports (CSV) to your accounting software. We provide the reports you need for your insurance carrier.
