Thank you! I am so glad I stumbled across Andrew's apps. They have helped much, it's unbelievable. I use his sleep app, his relaxation app and one or two others. His talk downs work, and I feel much better after listening to these apps.
I never think it will work, but it always does! Have so much work to do, but the stress was crippling me a bit. Listened to this app thinking it won't do anything, but I was wrong. The stress is gone and I feel energised. Much easier to work without the tension, thanks Andrew!
It works!! Better than the lite as its longer. It helps to slow you breathing, relax the muscles and more importantly ...for an insomniac like me, it induces sleep. Ahh relief. Bliss.
I love this This is a life saver for me. I get very anxious and have panic attacks, listening to this and following the exercises often puts me to sleep!
It is no surprise to those who know me that since birth I never liked sleeping. As a toddler I use to move over to those who went to bed later. Eventually everyone would be sleeping. I have tried everything. I just don't like sleep. Never have, and never will. Later on in my adult life I had seen a doctor. And boom! I was on medication to knock me out. Even though it works very well, the fact is no one can stay on these types of medication for the rest of their lives. I am happy to report, and yes with lots of trial and error, and various other audio tracks as well, I have left the insomnia medication. The odd one here and their ya sure, but with the mental guidance Andrew gives you, the lovely soothing music together with thoughtless steps and relaxation, this has been the best app I could have ever come across. I will admit, I have worked hard in preparing myself mentally for bed and have devised various methods that work for me. I do not force myself to go to bed, I go willingly and fortunately I can function perfectly with very little sleep. I now go to bed at about 12am. And get up feeling fresh in the morning at around 7am. I don't toss and turn. Thanks you!!!
A favorite I have used most of Andrew Johnson's recordings available here and at Spotify. This has become a favorite. With practice, I have developed a wonderful place at the bottom of the stairs where I reach the deepest relaxation experience.
Updated version fixes problem some users were experiencing with the playback ending when their screen turns off.
