Paid for a 1 month subscription that never unlocked the paywall content. When I emailed, I was "escalated to the appropriate department." Requested a refund because I no longer needed it and it never unlocked. Was ghosted, so I filed a chargeback with my CC company. Was then told that I couldn't because by purchasing i agreed to pay the amount. I'm now out $70 + money I had to spend on a different set of study materials to replace what I didn't get here. Would not recommend.

I have now purchased this app twice within a month because for some reason it said my subscription expired early. This is super frustrating because the second time was one day before my exam. I would definitely not recommend it in the future. Yes it's got great material, but it's very glitchy. I would just suggest using old textbooks and YouTube.

Took my $70 and didn't unlock anything. When I go to the website, it shows I've placed no orders and has no transaction history. I've wasted an hour of study time now trying to figure out how to get my $70 back.
