Really awesome It was so motivating for adding positive self talk. It has a lot of helpful wording and allows you to add your own, to personalize it. I start CBT with a therapist in January and this app really confirmed that it will help, when I at first didn't feel motivated to try it. CBT, and this app, are very helpful tools. Thank you.
