The audios are very helpful I've been using the relaxation audios, and it's really relaxing. I have sporadic insomnia and it has really helped me to fall asleep as well.
Lakshmi To be honest, this app did more to help me in a few minutes than what some therapists were able to manage in an hour. The audio tapes are soothing and calming, and as you listen to them, you feel your worries recede into the background. Major props to the makers of this - it's a lifesaver.

Amazing I've had depression for 9 months. The articles are so nicely written and informative. I wish everyone knew these things. And the little self test is a lovely feature to monitor your progress. I'm currently changing my anti depressant to a different one and haven't been handling it well, so this is really great to see my progress. I'd actually recommend this app to people who don't even have depression, just to educate themselves on what life is really like for us that do. well done and thank you for this :)
If i could I'd give 10 stars ... This app is helping me to turn my thinking around. I know a negative thought when they pop up but I find out hard to counter it. This app takes me through the steps to get to the other side. So far I've always felt better after using the cognitive diary. And I really like that you can add positives. Also there is lots of great information so you can learn more about what you're going through - knowledge is power. Thank you!
