Lakshmi To be honest, this app did more to help me in a few minutes than what some therapists were able to manage in an hour. The audio tapes are soothing and calming, and as you listen to them, you feel your worries recede into the background. Major props to the makers of this - it's a lifesaver.
The design I generally like the app but I would prefer a smoother design overall because I like to focus on that a lot when I need to calm down. Right now it's very rough and ancient looking
The audios are very helpful I've been using the relaxation audios, and it's really relaxing. I have sporadic insomnia and it has really helped me to fall asleep as well.
Good app Why does History only save the last two entries? I would like to be able to look at all my past entries (Edit: Thank you for the quick and helpful response!!)
Good app This app is a blessing.the developer is really an amazing human being for bringing this out. . I can't afford regular therapy and this is the closest I can get to it. Use regularly for this to make a difference
