This app is AWESOME! So far, I can't believe how much I am enjoying this app. The audio lessons and meditations I've listened to feel very professional. I will be listening on my lunch break at work and before bed, for sure! This is going to help me get 2015 off to a great start. Love it! Thank you for offering it free of charge.
Wow I dont normally rate 5 star. But this app deserves it. Keep in mind though that once you read the article, you will likely to question some things about yourself. YOUVE BEEN WARNED!
Bookmarking an Article? Dear Developers, Would you consider, if possible, finding a way to allow users to bookmark certain articles for greater ease of future referencing? Most are easy enough to find, but I would like to have a way to hold on to the one that appears after upgrades,without permitting the popup window to show every time I open a screen. Thanks so much!
THANK YOU SO MUCH for the little push I needed. Finally, I am feeling like getting back on track. I had been preparing for my median examinations and was very stressed since I decided to self study without coaching but the same year so many family problems erupted that seemed to break me down. I accidentally discovered this app and am feeling a bit better. Really hope it helps for my preparations of medical as well as for life.
LOVE IT. Love the Audios. Listen to them everynight before bed.. thoughts begin to play in my head from this App when a thought of an unhealthy choice arises... Its got everything. A Daily Journal to keep Daily Goals & Progress. It has motivational quotes.Audios are my favorite. Only thing I dislike is some of audios are to very monotone..lol
Amazingly Helpful The relaxation audios with background music are incredible! I try to listen to the meadow audio twice a day. It super relaxes me and puts an end to my bad moods and over thinking. I highly recommend trying it!
