Qi Gong Meditation You must know beforehand that I NEVER rate cause I'm very lazy. But this is by far the best Meditations of all others that are in the Android downloadables. There is a hell of a lot of 'em, and they don't harass you to pay for more and the ads are at the bottom, very "not disturbing" AT ALL. These are high quality, and the voice is very smooth and calming. This person (or team) clearly put ALL THIERE HART into these recordings. Definitely 5 stars, and worth the donation that I will give them. Thanks.
Probably my favorite app of all time. I've listened to most of the meditations, even the ones meant for children, and use them to help me sleep. I've had severe insomnia pretty much my entire life, but these meditations can usually ease me to sleep before the recording is even over! Granted, I've listened so often to some of them that I practically have them memorized now. I hope that there will be some new ones in the future, but even if there aren't, this app is a keeper for sure.
Wow, I'm impressed! This app is really free and really helps. I have been having an unusual amount of anxiety and feeling overwhelmed lately. Then, dealing with my lower back pain is difficult because I am an active person and I can't be as active as I want to. This app helps to remind me to just breathe and every thing will be alright.
Making me a nicer person Only used a few times, so might up this to 5 stars. The compassion meditations are definitely making me less resentful and stressed. The mediations help hubby sleep (as well as me being nicer! ) Will try with kids as they have sleep issues at times. If it works with them this will be 5 stars.
First time listened it played to end was helpful. Then played 6 minutes only. So streamed played 6 minutes it stopped. Downloaded what I wanted now doesn't play at all. Hopeless. Information tells me there's 24 or so minutes but won't play. Downloaded all mindfulness. Hopeless. Have u got suggestions
Be Safe...Be Happy...Be At Peace The information in this app is priceless in value. I have a history with CBT & was never any good at achieving results. Then again, I was not aware of the need for continuous trained repetition for successful change. Awesome knowledge and great meditations. The meditations could be longer for experienced mediators though. I find that 10 to 20 minutes is quite short. Love it.
