Helps me relax and think I use this app alot. I like it use it before I go to bed. It helps me cope with my day and relax. I am finding i think through situations clearer. I'm not as emotional. I appriciate the Mindfulness meditations. They help me think clear and be more understanding. I've passed it on to my coworkers.
The very best app I have ever downloaded! I have a clinical anxiety and depression dissorder, and this app has been helping me retrain my mind. The techniques are real DBT training that works! If you want improvement, or just looking for relaxation, you half to have this app!!!
Genius! In the period of time I have had this app, the assistance recording has helped me through so many panic and anxiety attacks. It's really great for when your out and about, the use of headphones it's both super effective and discrete! I haven't used the other features and the layout is a bit confusing. Make sure to familiarize yourself with the app before using it in anxiety situation. Overall great app.
Best thing since sliced bread I've been using this app for about 4 1/2 years, 3 different phones! But seriously this amazing app has helped me COUNTLESS times during anxiety attacks. I started listening to the relaxation audios and I fall asleep quick. Extreme relaxation 👌
While I didn't use this tool daily it was by far the most effective to assist me to decrease my panic or anxiety attacks. Seeing the progress I made was fantastic especially as the snapshot of each documentation you make highlights the positives of what you overcame and what you aim to achieve rather than negatives. An overall fantastically designed app with great articles and some really awesome meditation and audio files. Literally a lifesaver.
Amazing app One night I woke up feeling like i was losing my mind and lots of other bad things and it's been a little over a year now and I've been to so many doctors it's been rough. This app was the best thing to happen to me it helped me sleep it helped me relax it helped me feel normal. Now I think I'm on a good path and doing fairly well for the most part but I can always count on this app to be there in times of nervousness or anxiousness to just help me be me.
