Very helpful I'm going thru therapy and this apps audios make doing my mindfulness exercises so much easier. Also my emotion regulation training. I've looked at a few others and none are as good, u just have to get used to how to use it

Horrible Let's list all the things I worry about so I can see them more without any tips on how to ease my mind and racing thoughts. If your going to make a app like this put in a few things that can help take one thing at a time and in order from most important to least. Horrible app and pointless
They thought of everything. I can set my goals & dreams without someone shoving it down my throat. Best app ever!
Don't use it very often but handy to have. A well thought of app. I would like to see more advice on how to cure those worries instead of just locking them away. (Excuse the pun.) Although the advice given can be helpful at times.
