Keeps crashes CONSTANTLY!!! Also, I have redeemed thousands of points for free items, but it doesn't ring up free at the register. The items show "items ready for checkout" but ring up free.

It's ok. Same as 7-11 app but you can do a lot less on it. They want you to shop there likes its a grocery store and spend extra money just to save anything. Also have a ton of trouble opening the app every time. Honestly it seems more like a hassle to use then to ignore it and just go about your day.

"Sign up and get a free car wash!" the sign says. After you download the app and give them all your information (including your birth date), they tell you the "free car wash" has to be redeemed IN-STORE (it's 4 AM and the place is deserted). Yeah, no.
