These are shameless scammers. Money is deposited into the internal account quickly, but when we want to transfer money or cryptocurrency to another account or withdraw it, they take the money from the account and do not deliver it. Support is trying to make this theft look like a security issue with nonsense. It has been more than three weeks now that a lot of money has been withdrawn from me but they are not transferring it. This is while online exchanges do this in less than half an hour.
