worst app ever! this is a scam! they always charge me for cleaners and change timings of arrival if im not home in 10minutes they leave and take the money! they can come anywhere between 3pm to 6pm and you have to be available at the house throught out also stay at the house for the next 4 hours they are there otherwise they will cancel! being a working woman i dont have the luxury to just stay at home for 7 hours straight so i can get my house cleaned! and the team doesnt even call in advance!

It's the worst application we ever had to try. We bock appoint and we are trying to change date before 4 days because of unavailable at the same this and thy told us we cannot change and you cannot even cancel this this is the worst contract i ever had. I recommend all of you to try other application which thy provided would best service. Its my worst experience with this TAMKEEN

horrible customer service. they are all not trained and have bad attitude. I had a couple of requests and complaints but they didn't resolve it at all, feels like they just read a script. and there is no complaint tracking or following up. waste of money and time not to mention that the app itself is just badly built.
