the app took an entire episode of La Brea and I still can't see the BILL screen. it's just constantly loading. I logged out, signed back in, cleared cache, uninstalled - everything I could think of. I can't pay bills ahead of time bc the app doesn't allow that. it doesn't autopay anymore, for some reason. I get a text saying I have a bill and yet THE APP WONT LOAD MY BILL.

The functionalities on the app are not working. I have enrolled in all notifications and automatic payments. Nothing works so I had to set up my own phone notifications so I don't miss the payment due date. It almost feels like it is purposefully designed to fail. The customer service is even worse!

Awful interface for an awful company. When I try to pay my bills on time, I'll see a bill posted but no button to pay. Just a notice to say i can only pay when the bill is posted. Then when I try to call, I either can't get in touch with someone or I'm told I can't pay over the phone and have to go in person. Already spoke to "customer service" which achieved nothing. it's crazy to charge a convenience fee when all the physical locations are shut down save for one.
