The Android SafAlert App works with the SafAlert Emergency Notification System and lets you listen to your Emergency Radio Tone Pages on your Android device as an alternative to SMS, MMS, or Email Notifications. With the SafAlert App you can receive push notifications when new alerts are received and allows you to listen to them within the app.

Other features include:

A listing of the most recent Alerts for playback
Ability to manage your SafAlert Account preferences
Ability to manage your Preferred Contact Methods
Ability to set a Custom Notification Sound when new alerts are received

Existing customers just need to install the app and login with your registered email/phone number/ or username.

Ratings and reviews

This app is pretty buggy. I always have issues with connectivity, playing back pages, and even just adjusting settings. I don't know what recently changed, but I can't see or play any pages at all. Right now the app is completely useless.

Great app when it keeps me logged in. However, everytime I exit the app it apparently logs me out, and when I reopen it, it says "connectivity has been lost" requiring me to log back in, and because of that, no alerts ever come through. Might as well just keep my pager on me...

It only works helf the time and it drops calls when our local department has a call they need to update it more and get bugs out so it works like it should!
