Worst Bank in the country, so do the app. Last updated 3 years ago, I mean are you guys ok?! You guys here to do business or what? Money send from abroad takes 2 days to install in an account here. Can't recharge from the app, says desired amount exceed minimum balance..even if I have enough money in my account. No response and support found from call center, most of all bad behavior from bank employees if seek help from them. I have closed my account.πŸ‘‹πŸ‘‹ Report this app guys so it gets removed

Who has developed the app icons doesn't have any sense of branding and brand value the of the organization. The colors of Bank's logo doesn't match at all. Lots of UI fault with very childish desigh. No sense of color combinations, seems like a nursery student has drawn the icons. Also more bugs are there. Besides, after software upgrades on May, Statement does not working in thia app. Also, NPSB option is not in the app. Most unprofessional thing is that, developer email address given is gmai

I have tried many times to login. But every time it gives a message like incorrect user id or pass. I can login with same credential in web. I also tried uninstall and install again as per call center manager. But unfortunately same result :(
