What's new

- Translations have been revised.
- Controls have been adapted to the DentalCAD 3.0 Galway design.
- Glossy texture button is only visible if the loaded scene contains at least one mesh with a texture.
- Newly added meshes adopt the setting of the glossy texture button.
- Annotation text can be displayed at the start or end point of the annotation arrow.
- Annotations can be displayed without text.
