But, as St. Paul writes in his letter to the Galatians, "For freedom Christ has set us free. Stand firm, therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery."

A Christian vision of freedom is very different from that of the world. It's not about doing whatever we want, whenever we want, with whomever we want. No, Christian freedom is for love. A free man takes up his life, and he lays it down for those he loves, as Jesus shows us on the Cross. A free man is a man for others.

Through these forty days of spiritual exercises, you will become more of who you are, a son of God who has been called forth by the Father to experience his love and to give that love to others.

There is quite a bit of information provided, but it lacks an introduction or orientation. It would be helpful of there was an orientation video to describe the layout of information in the app, which information to review first and how the remaining information should be used over the 90 days. I found this lack somewhat frustrating during the first few days. The plan in general seems very focused on let's just say specific area's for some but not all. There is no attempt personalization

The Exodus 90 program is outstanding- couldn't recommend it highly enough for men who want to seriously dig into their prayer life. The app however could use some work- it is very glitchy, the chat feature drops offline causing some messages to be delayed and I have to restart the app several times a day. It is a small inconvenience in the scope of the Exodus program, but it could be better.

Amazing, life-changing content and program!!! This is the framework for holiness! I pray every Catholic man joins or starts an Exodus fraternity! The app has improved since last year and the new features are awesome! Maybe it's because I have an old android phone, but the app freezes when the screen times out and I have to restart it quite a bit. That being said, I haven't considered it to be a detriment to the spiritual exercise.
