Your document is automatically read, and clinical details are extracted and structured into your personal health record - conditions, medications, allergies, vitals, lab results, procedures, and immunisations. Every piece of extracted data links back to the original document, page, and line, so you can always check it against the original source - exora helps you organise your records, it does not replace them.

Ask things like "what medications am I on?" or "when was my last blood test?" and exora finds the answer in your uploaded documents and shows you exactly where it came from. exora only surfaces information from your own records - it does not provide medical advice.
