Ratings and reviews

The app is fine, but I absolutely won't use Expedia again as their support is horrible. As other's have stated, they flat out lie and say they have contacted the hotel and the hotel wouldn't help. Contact the hotel directly and they confirm that they have received no communication from Expedia regarding the booking. Explain this to Expedia, with the hotel contact cc'd, and they just keep sending the same generic email back, "Unfortunately, after multiple tries, we were unable...blah blah blah"

Their airline credit is an absolute joke. I had to rebook an international flight using the credit and their fare difference was higher than what I get for a round trip without any airline credit. An absolute scam!! One day, an agent said the fare difference is zero and I get the whole round trip just using the credit. The next day, another gentleman says that I have to pay a ridiculously high amount just to rebook. Never coming back to Expedia again!! What a Scam!!

The app for the phone, doesn't give all the information needed on the time of canceling a trip. If you decide to cancel a trip I advice you to call expedia, not to do it on the app. if you follow the cancelation steps on the app. it doesn't give any information about the possibilities to get a Credit from the airline or to be on the lookout for any credit. I learn 2 days ago about a Credit I received back on Sept. 2025. I just learn about it. Expire the 17th and I can't use the Credit at all.
