Ratings and reviews

The advertising of a hotel was not what was the true hotel, Expedia's describes it and pictures should, A free breakfast, no breakfast set up anywhere hotel stated it is! Can't talk to anyone, it's a recording over and over it impossible to get your problem solved. Also, it will not show you the previous stays, only gives you last one, then one from last year. It's like it knows what you're looking for. My example is a a credit for $25. Is not posted anywhere to find, they never posted it!!

The Expedia website has more features than the app. For example, while you're changing filters the website updated the count of matching properties. The app doesn't do that. The website map seems to be more responsive than the one in the app. I hoped that the app would be better than the website but it's not. Uninstalled the app and went back to the website.

The app since they changed to OneKey points will not let me sign in. I've tried so many times and it always tells me it's something on their end and to try again. Well I do try again, and same thing with the same result. Edit 03/24: the above was fixed on their app but the app is still not functioning 100%. I just booked a car rental that I cannot change or cancel. The app at some point switched my drop off time while I was searching and booking the rental. Frustrating!!! Please fix your app :(
