Wow This is one of the best apps I've ever used. Its fantastic, no lag, looks brilliant, its just amazing.
"Get $25 off - text SAVE25 to 75309"...is that a joke? how should this work? no. 75309 - where, what country? couldn't figure it out - uninstalled it right away.
Not happy! I have used this app many times. I go the the Ellensburg Rodeo for the passed 10 yrs and always book my room for Labor day weekend in January. I've got an email saying thank you for booking you Ellensburg stay. (Link on email would not work) but it showed up in my itinerary. Until about a week ago. It's gone as well as Another room I booked in another town. It is now too late to book anything in Ellensburg. Everything is booked up within 50 miles. I will never use this site again after this.
Allows invalid bookings, double charges, horrible customer service This app let me book a car to pick me up at the airport 24 hours in advance, but after paying it said I need to contact the company (myself) at least 72 hours ahead of my arrival. My car obviously wasn't waiting at the airport. Customer service kept putting me on hold each time I called never returning to help. I waited each time 20 to 45 minutes before I hung up.I wanted to give it one more shot, so I bought show tickets. My credit card was charged twice! Avoid this app and Expedia!
Crappy App This has to be the worst App I've seen. Too fancy graphics but that's it. Absolutely Rubbish
Absolutely terrible I have been holidaying in america from australia and downloaded the expedia app. Half of my bookings went thru to the Australia website and took Australian currency from my american pre paid card. What a joke. Not only that the customer service was terrible, staff are so rude. Everytime i would try to put in my itinerary it was 'not found'. It shoyld have been quick and easy to use and instead i have spent hours trying to call support and use the app. This has certainly ruined my honeymoom.
Do not use Expedia for anything! I have just had the worst customer experience of my life with this company, and that doesn't even compare to the experience of my friend. Between the two of us we lost hundreds of dollars and even more precious time. We were lied to, we were ignored, and we were not helped in any manner nor apologized to for any of our travel dilemmas. Save your self the time, money, and frustration and use another sight or go straight to the source.
