Worked brilliantly the first time. The second time it alerted me that a seat was found that matched my criteria, however when I navigated to the American airlines website to lock it in the seat was unavailable. I basically wasted my last free introductory search. I'm hesitant to pay for additional searches if the app presents unreliable information. Edit: I was able to resolve my issue by toggling the search settings, a dumb mistake. Scored a window seat on my next 6 hour flight. Love the app, works great. Changed rating to 5.
Good app I find the app helpful and easy to use. Even the free version is good, although only drawback is the limiting number of flights a user may access before being blocked until the next 24 hour cycle.
Tried with the poor app. Not be able to see the seat plan at all., not even once. All the time, its says Error or view large amount..!! How could be large amount when it was never opened at all..very bad app.
YIKES! I installed app. Was going to use, I always review comments first. After seeing the responses from the people who run app. To the people who have made complaints, I will not bother! Rude and sarcastic, not a way to win new customers… I actually tried it and not one of my flight numbers was available, so to ME it is useless. Go ahead make an snarky response lol
Didn't work. Found my flight but app would not allow ANY alert except the paid "per alert" kind. Could not turn on any free options to even test app. Might be willing to try paid, but not without a real trial. Was useless to me. Fyi- flight was not full, correct info, selected seat but app would not allow a basic "window only "alert, just paid version. Update-In reply to dev comment. TY for your reply. As a fellow developer I can say I would have appreciated a more interactive error message explaining the functionality. I should not need to send help requests for basic actions. My review was based on my user experience. I dont feel my review is inaccurate, I did experience these issues, there was no error message or guidance, and therefor the app was not delivering as expected. I appreciate your reply and hope you will take my user experience into consideration in a constructive light. The best innovation happens when users have UX/UI experiences.
Waste of time Just a waste of time, just says information cannot be retrieved, and yes I did input the correct information. Update: The developer has replied now stating the airline is not sharing their information, which is fair enough and I would have revised my rating accordingly. However their reply to a customer talking about not arguing, it was all my fault, and they had blocked my account (which was also not correct) is dreadful customer service, just an apology would have been nice and I would have been happy.
