The best snes emulator on the play store as far as I'm concerned. Just one gripe... My phone has a Dolby equalizer pre-installed, it increases the loudness and clarity of all sound and music significantly. When I start a game on your emulator, it uses whatever default audio you have baked in, or maybe it's the snes's default sound level, either way... It's super quiet, and I want to use Dolby, is there a way around this? Thanks.
(Updated) love this, but its unplayable with a Bluetooth (or touchscreen) controller. I just bought an 8bitdo Bluetooth controller for this emulator and it has one glaring problem. The emulator has to "catch up" with my inputs. If I mash a bunch of buttons, the character will move around for minutes trying to make up for what I wanted to do when I pressed the buttons. This makes it practically unplayable, as touch controls are far from effective when it comes to playing intense games like mega man x. I would recommend this app to all my friends if I knew they could enjoy it like I had hoped.
Great App, But... This is so far one of the best emulators I've found. Never had any problems with it. However, I'm upset about the fact that Android devices can no longer use bluetooth and connect controllers. Controllers make it a lot easier to play the game. If that were brought back, this would be rated 5 stars without any hesitation.
Good for RPGs The app really isn't the best for fast paced games at least on the touchscreen. The app runs emulators perfectly ,but I can't find myself playing F-Zero or Kirby Superstar too much on this. If you are into RPGs this a good app ,and if you can find a way to work around the controls I might be playing Super Mario All-stars on this. PLEASE NOTE: I am not saying this is a bad app. If you into emulators on your phone please try this out.
Great emulator for my purpose It's great for playing Chrono Trigger to kill time on my long work nights and during break times. I would play more games however I have the same controller issue where there's a considerable lag time between pressing the button and seeing action. However I think that has more to do with phones than the emulator itself because I use snes9x for my Mac and there's perfect response time.
Perfect Emulator Well, the controls aren't perfect but that's just me since I'm used to feeling the button when I press it. Anyway, this emulator runs great, All the games in the Snes library runs perfectly, well, at least the good snes games. It's prefermance is up to par, now what are you waiting for? Download it already.
