Ratings and reviews

I am extremely disappointed with this app and its services. During onboarding, their team kept calling repeatedly—sometimes 4–5 calls in a single day—only to push their paid services. However, once the payment was made, the customer service completely disappeared. I have been trying to contact them for the last two months, but no one responds. Calls are not answered, emails go unanswered, and there is absolutely no support from their side.

They will make you buy the subscription, then the real game will begin. They will convince you to take google 360 & v trust, the reason given is, it will give trust to buyers. Ironically the cost of all these extra things will be more than their subscription and with negotiation they will reduce the initial cost of these 3rd party certificates also. Refund is also next to impossible, plz don't waste a single Rupee on this platform, the money invested is, money wasted.

Highly unprofessional experience with ExportersIndia. I was sold the Platinum Plus package by Vikas, and later handled by Yogesh, without full disclosure of additional costs. After payment, I was pressured to buy extra services like VTrust and Google 360 verification. This is a clear case of misleading sales practices. My refund request was also denied. I do not recommend this platform. Please be cautious and avoid falling into similar traps.
