Altough a bit pricey, ExpressVPN has been my go to virtual private network provider for the past couple of years due to their strong kill switch (VERY important, has yet to fail), ease of use and installation on all devices I've used (phone, tablet, computer), plethora of location options, outstanding speed, and last but not least, good customer service.

"Enable on startup" on phone doesn't always work. Often I have to manually start the app. It also will connect to the Internet before I have manually loaded app defeating the purpose. On nighthawk router support is terrible. The software is no longer updated. When a new location is selected, I am unable to save it as the new "Default" Many locations are not listed that are available for my phone. What has happened to expressvpn?

When choosing location, the map doesn't update to new selected location. For example, if Los Angeles is chosen, map will change to Washington DC. All the locations do this when changed. Sometimes they stay stuck on one location and never change. The App has been uninstalled and reinstalled, cashed cleared, force stopped, etc. Error will not correct. I've tried on all my devices as well. Please fix this.
