Altough a bit pricey, ExpressVPN has been my go to virtual private network provider for the past couple of years due to their strong kill switch (VERY important, has yet to fail), ease of use and installation on all devices I've used (phone, tablet, computer), plethora of location options, outstanding speed, and last but not least, good customer service.

"Enable on startup" on phone doesn't always work. Often I have to manually start the app. It also will connect to the Internet before I have manually loaded app defeating the purpose. On nighthawk router support is terrible. The software is no longer updated. When a new location is selected, I am unable to save it as the new "Default" Many locations are not listed that are available for my phone. What has happened to expressvpn?

they take your money and give you an app that doesn't work. i try signing in and it says " cant sign in. check your connection. try later. " for 2 days now! i managed to find a live chat and the guy tells me to take a screen shot of log in. The damn app says, "doesn't allow screen shots, " Their tech doesn't know that?! he finally told me to uninstall and reinstall. that was also worthless. i want my money back!
