Ratings and reviews

This VPN is fast, easy to use and as far as I can, secure. I did notice at times it seems I'm connected to a location different from what I selected, but that hasn't caused any major problem. The biggest problem I have is with trying to cancel the monthly subscription during times I don't need it. When I do the process to turn off auto renew, I still end up getting charged later for the next month and have to contact customer support to get a reduced. Overall canceling is a task hassle.

Not trustworthy. They can't, by their own admission, guarantee that the server you are connecting to will actually be in the listed location. I began noticing issues in 2022 but it took a bit to actually investigate. What I discovered (and if you are a user check yourself!) was inconsistency with the location of the server you are connecting to actually being in that location. I tested multiple servers and saw it was producing issues with startling frequency. "No guarantee" was the response.

Minimal slowdown, lots of nodes, but frequently disconnects and then will not reconnect without manual intervention. Sometimes I just have to turn airplane mode on and off, other times I have to uninstall and reinstall the app. This only recently has become more of a problem; for the first couple years it was rare. However, over the last month or two, this happens almost every day. It seems to especially struggle with staying connected when going from wifi to data and vice versa.
