Quite a useful app and it does exactly what it says. You open the app and simply tap an app on the list and it's backed up to storage. I was able to move a few apps from old phones that I was unable to get on my new phone, either because the Play Store blocks it or it is no longer available. There are sites like apkmirror where you are likely to find any APK out there, but this is a hundred times easier. There are ads that pop up occasionally, but they're not too obtrusive.

It works! It gives a list of installed apps on my phone, and I picked a few to get the apk's for. There was a quick message telling me the name of the folder ... thank goodness I read it before it disappeared (maybe I missed something, but if I hadn't quickly read the popup message I would not have known where to look for the apk files!). Anyway, I used Sidequest to load the apk's (for Perfect Viewer) onto my Quest 2 via and run it. Cool! EDIT: I see now there's a folder setting for where the apk's are saved!

I did a factory reset of my phone the other day and then discovered one of my favorite apps is no longer in the Play store. This app made it a breeze to send the app from my tablet to my phone via Bluetooth. Drop dead simple and worked flawlessly. Thanks! Update 2019: A year later I got a new Pixel phone and ran into the same issue with a favorite app no longer being available. Used this again and worked perfectly.
